Build it and they will come! Did you know that Founders Square is right next to the soon to open 1000 room city-owned Omni Convention Center Hotel? This hotel and the neighboring development and additional restaurants and retail being discussed within the City of Dallas’ Downtown Action Plan (otherwise known as the Dallas 360 Plan) are very exciting and will bring many positive changes and additional amenities to our neighborhood.
